Behind the Concept

Back in 2006, when I first embarked on my mission to establish a world class polo destination in Argentina, I initially focused on acquiring a significant portion of land along the highly exclusive Gonzalo Tanoira Street off Route 28 in between Pilar and General Rodríguez. Home to many prestigious polo clubs such as Ellerstina (Pieres), La Alegria (Mannix), Las Marianas (Merlos), Chapa 1 (Bautista Heguy), Polo One and Centauros, it truly is the center of all things polo.

After a series of tough negotiations in 2007, I finally acquired La Indiana. With the assistance of Alejandro Battros, the renowned polo field contractor, three fast draining polo fields were completed and the first ball was thrown in October 2009.

Since then the Club now attracts numerous teams from around the globe, which participate in mens, womens and mixed tournaments ranging from 10 to 14 goals.

With chukkas, practices and tournaments running throughout the high and low seasons, the Club has now progressed to Development Phase II in partnership with highly acclaimed architects Richard Keilman and Pablo Jendretzki. This includes the limited sale of exclusive Founder and Residential Memberships.

This is a place to indulge your love for the sport and to share in the drama and spectacle of international polo matches, to sharpen your handicap under the experienced eye of the resident professionals, or to simply kick back and relax in your dream home or the stunning club house and enjoy the extensive range of amenities.

For those wanting the ultimate polo lifestyle, I proudly present to you La Indiana.
